Service Desk Technician
Andy joined the crew this month as our newest Service Desk Technician. In his new position, Andy serves as the first line of defense against any IT challenges that our clients may face.
With a degree in IT administrative management from Central Washington University and a background in automotive appraisal, Andy is eager to leverage his technical expertise to help provide solutions for our clients.
What excites Andy most about his role at Portland Internetworks?
He says, “I’ve always wanted to work for a company with an active, upbeat culture, and still maintains the value of hard work. I’m also looking forward to the opportunity to immerse myself in the IT field and continue to pursue my career goals as an IT professional.”
Outside of the office, you can catch Andy cheering on his native Seattle Seahawks or Mariners. He’s not the type to cheer from the sideline, though; he loves to get outside and stay active. He’s always up for a game of any kind, on or off the field. In fact, he’s fairly certain that his Connect Four skills are going to be his claim to fame someday.
Since relocating to Portland, Andy spends his time exploring Portland’s countless interesting restaurants and craft beer.
With a passion for technology and helping others, and an abundance of IPA-loving Pacific Northwest pride, you could say that he fits in pretty well around here.
