We are thrilled to announce that we have maintained our status as a Dell Technologies Gold Partner for five consecutive years! The Dell Technologies program was established with the primary goal of offering extensive support to solution providers (like us!), and we are incredibly proud to be a part of it. Through educational resources, business development initiatives, and marketing support, the Dell Technologies program has helped empower businesses like ours so that we may help your organization meet all of your I.T. needs.
That being said, you may be wondering as to what is required for us to achieve Dell Gold status, what it means for your business, and what is needed for us to maintain it for all of these years.
Dell Partners are made up of individual employees who have gone through trainings for each core competency. These combined competencies are what make a business eligible for their status as a Dell Partner. Currently, our business have competencies in four areas:
Storage: Whether your storage needs are archiving files, quickly accessing information or a combination of the two, the Storage competency means that our techs will be able to recommend the best storage system for your needs.
Server: Dell offers a variety of servers, choosing the right one for you is integral to the efficiency of your business. Good thing we know the ins and outs of all available options! We’ll be able to tailor to your needs and let you know which option(s) works best for you.
Core Client, Workstation, and Dell Rugged: Having these three competencies means that our technicians are knowledgeable in all of Dell’s physical products, from Latitudes to high-powered Precisions.
Maintaining our Dell Partner status means that we are required to renew our certifications every year. This ensures that we’re always in the loop with every important Dell update, allowing us to bring you the highest level of expertise on all things Dell. So, whether you’re experiencing issues with a server or laptop, being a client of ours means that we’ve got you covered!
